Meet Dr. Krishna
What makes you smile? I can’t wait to hear your answer! My name is Dr. Swati Krishna Kulkarni (I go by Dr. Krishna), and I am excited to help brighten your smile here at CK Family Dental! My passion for dentistry stems from my interest in helping others, channeling my artistry, and creating radiant, beautiful smiles. With over 8 years of dental experience, ranging from hospital work to private practice, I cannot wait to work with you to improve your oral health and make that smile shine!
A little background about me: I grew up in New Jersey and attended Pennsylvania State University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors. I then completed a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology at Rutgers University. Subsequently, I received my dental degree from the University of New England College of Dental Medicine with Interprofessional Honors. Next, I completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Finally, I joined my father and oldest sister in our family dental practice in NJ.
In 2022, I got married to my loving husband, Ronak, and his career in medicine brought us to Western New York! Ronak is pursuing Cardiology at SUNY Upstate. So while I am saving teeth, he is saving hearts! In our free time, we both enjoy traveling, hiking, running, and cooking. I would love to hear about your cooking and travel adventures!
I have certainly grown to love this area and the gracious people of the community. I am so grateful to have worked alongside the wonderful and kind-hearted Dr. Casper-Klock. I have come to learn why she is so respected by her patients and the community. She is truly an amazing dentist, and I feel honored to continue her legacy of dedication, compassion, and clinical excellence to all her patients. I would be amiss if I didn’t also recognize the incredible team we have: the front desk, assistants, hygienists, and office managers. They are all rockstars and have done such a wonderful job working cohesively to make sure we provide you the best experience possible.
My goal for your dental care is to address all your needs in a comprehensive, thorough, and gentle approach. I provide a full range of services with a focus on preventative, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry. I believe in providing the best care I can, and sometimes that means knowing when to refer you to a specialist.
