Seamless Care & Practice Policies

At Auburn Modern Dentistry, we value your time and your peace of mind. To ensure a smooth experience from check-in to checkout, we invite you to review our guidelines regarding appointments, insurance, and financial arrangements.

Appointment Policy

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • If you are running late, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care. Please note that appointments canceled or missed without 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 scheduling fee.

We believe that financial clarity is a key part of a stress-free dental experience. Before any treatment begins, our team will provide a detailed consultation to discuss your personalized plan and the investment involved, ensuring you can make the most informed decision for your health.

For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods to suit your needs:

  • Flexible Financing: We offer CareCredit, allowing you to manage your treatment costs with convenient monthly payments.

  • Digital Convenience: You can securely manage your balance online through our dedicated payment portals:

Insurance Information

Our dedicated staff is here to help you navigate the complexities of insurance. We will gladly assist you with the necessary claims and paperwork to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your provider. Although we are an out-of-network provider, we are happy to bill any insurance plan that includes out-of-network benefits.

 

Please note that Auburn Modern Dentistry is not a participating provider for Medicaid. As such, patients are responsible for all fees at the time of service, regardless of insurance coverage.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We adhere to all HIPAA regulations and take measures to ensure the confidentiality of your personal and medical information.

Your Health & Safety

Annual Medical History Updates

To provide the highest standard of safe and effective care, we follow the American Dental Association’s recommendation to maintain current medical records for all patients.

  • The Annual Update: We ask that you complete a formal medical history update annually.

  • The Verbal Check-In: At every appointment, our clinical team will briefly check in with you regarding any recent changes to your medications, health conditions, or recent surgeries.
