Three Decades of Dedicated Care

A heartfelt thank you to a pillar of the Auburn community. For over 30 years, Dr. Theresa Casper-Klock has been more than just a dentist to the Auburn area—she has been a neighbor, a volunteer, and a trusted friend to generations of families. Today, as she prepares to embark on her well-earned retirement, the team at Auburn Modern Dentistry (formerly C-K Family Dental) wants to take a moment to celebrate her remarkable career.

A Lifelong Passion

Since the age of eight, Theresa knew she wanted to be a dentist. After graduating with honors from Cayuga Community College and the University at Buffalo, she returned to her roots in Auburn in 1990. For her, "Family Dentistry" wasn't just a clinical term; it was a promise. Her philosophy was simple: Treat every patient as if they were a member of her own family.

A Commitment to Excellence

Dr. Casper-Klock’s career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of clinical excellence. With over 850 hours of continuing education and fellowships in the American College of Dentists and the International Dental Implant Association, she consistently brought the highest standards of dental science to our local community. Beyond the office, she served as a voice for the profession, representing the Seventh District on the New York State Dental Society’s board and lobbying for dental health in Washington, D.C.

A Heart for the Community

Perhaps Dr. Casper-Klock’s greatest legacy is her spirit of service. From her Missions of Mercy in the Dominican Republic to the annual "Veterans Appreciation Day" she hosted here in Auburn, her talent was always matched by her generosity. She has spent a lifetime ensuring that the most vulnerable among us—and those who served our country—received the care and dignity they deserved.

The Next Chapter

As she transitions into retirement, Theresa looks forward to spending more time with her husband, Vincent, their four children, and their grandson. Whether she is traveling, cooking, or enjoying a night of square dancing, we know she will bring the same energy and joy to her personal life that she brought to this practice every single morning.

While her presence in the office will be missed, her influence remains the foundation of everything we do. We are honored to carry her legacy forward and wish her nothing but the best in this exciting new chapter.

Thank you, Dr. Casper-Klock, for thirty years of smiles.
